Pay No Fees

 A fee may be charged where your requirements fall outside our normal criteria or where additional work is invloved to obtain a mortgage for you where no fee is paid by the lender. Normally we do not charge a fee but in these circumstances the fee will be £95 payable on application and non-refundable.  We will advise you once we understand your requirements if we are going to charge a fee and we will explain this and provide details in writing.

We will also be paid commission from the lender.
